What is a mechanical cycle?
An eight-week training plan that rotates emphasis across precision, tracking, target switching, mixed practice, benchmarks, and recovery according to your selected goal.

Preserve technique before increasing speed.
Aimstars recovery day prioritizes physical wrist alignment. Complete these standard mechanical stretches:
Extend your training arm forward, palm facing up. Use your other hand to gently pull your fingers down toward your body.
The routine adapts to your time, prioritizing high-yield exercises.
Loading your adaptive plan…
Complete guided sessions to establish your load baseline.
Your precision scores have varied less than 5% over the last week.
Take a deep breath and stretch your fingers. Short rests prevent tendon fatigue and consolidate muscle memory.

Quickly import crosshairs of top VALORANT professional players. Copy the code and paste it directly in your VALORANT settings menu.
Convert mouse sensitivity between VALORANT and other competitive shooter titles instantly.
Sleek, lightweight inner lines. Ideal for fast headshot snaps.
Compact green crosshair. Used by the world-class duelist champion.
Classic small white crosshair. High visibility and geometric accuracy.
Centrally aligned mini green dot. Excellent for precision pixel taps.
Extremely tiny center point outline. Used during his VCT MVP run.
Wide gap crosshair. Helps keep the center target clear and visible.
Your authenticated PostgreSQL account is the authoritative home for profile, sessions, benchmarks, personal bests, and progression.
See why achievements are available, how recent server XP was calculated, and whether stored progression data is internally consistent. Benchmark details now live in Ranked.
Grind benchmark attempts here. Ranked attempts never enter the Journal, consume the daily routine, alter streaks, or award XP.
Screenshots are compressed and stored with the authenticated submission for moderator review. They support evidence review but are not anti-cheat or verified game telemetry.
Loading your current training phase…
An eight-week training plan that rotates emphasis across precision, tracking, target switching, mixed practice, benchmarks, and recovery according to your selected goal.
The first week establishes your reference level. Aimstars gathers comparable completed sessions before deciding whether to progress, repeat, or reduce load.
A new planned week is available for your decision. Open Coach → Review Inbox to accept it, repeat the phase, choose recovery, or dismiss it. This prompt is scheduled; the separate Current Review panel shows whether enough comparable evidence exists.
Completed guided sessions and their exercise results, including score, accuracy when reported, consistency, completion, difficulty, tension, and reflection data. Missing values are not treated as zero.
No. Historical sessions and Weekly Coach Reports stay unchanged. Accepted decisions affect upcoming prescriptions and are stored as auditable cycle evaluations.
It can add pacing work, apply temporary accuracy recovery, swap a plateaued scenario family, or promote difficulty by one tier when the evidence supports it.
Yes. Sunday recovery and Saturday Agent drills are protected from automatic overload promotion. Recovery can also be selected manually from the Review Inbox.
A review waits when there are too few comparable completed sessions. Keep training normally; skipped exercises and unavailable measurements do not become false performance evidence.
Loading evidence-backed weekly review…
Ask about your progress, today’s routine, sensitivity, mechanics, plateaus, recovery, or any drill in the library.
Questions use the bundled Aimstars knowledge engine. Weekly reports are calculated privately from your authenticated PostgreSQL records; this is not a live generative-AI service.

Signals compare your own comparable runs. Confidence depends on sample count plus accuracy and duration coverage; they are coaching heuristics, not verified game telemetry.
Each row preserves the recommendation evidence captured that day, your selected response, and the next guided-session follow-up. “Helped” is a training heuristic, not a medical conclusion.
The highlighted 85–92% band is the Optimal Friction Zone: accurate enough for clean technique, fast enough to create adaptation.
Start logging your training sessions. As you enter scores, the coach will analyze your strengths, weaknesses, and variance patterns to tailor future routines.
Respond to visual signals with a click and audio signals with the spacebar. Early inputs count as false starts.
Watch the moving target for ghosting or inverse trails while changing monitor Overdrive, DyAc, or ELMB settings.
Mark each item after verifying it on this PC.
Generate a URL preview for today’s routine or your benchmark card. Opening it never overwrites saved data.
Loading account…
A plain-language guide and live status panel for this browser and your self-hosted server.
Profile, sessions, exercise results, benchmarks, personal bests, XP, and achievements are scoped to the authenticated account. LocalStorage is an offline cache.
For the connected vault on this browser. The password is verified by decrypting the server backup locally, then kept only in memory until refresh or close.
Your profile, Journal, settings, routines, and cached progression live in this browser. This keeps the app fast and allows local-only use, but browser data can be edited or cleared.
When connected, Aimstars encrypts a validated backup in your browser before upload. The server stores ciphertext; your vault password is never sent or saved. Keep both your password and recovery code safe.
Autosync waits briefly after local changes, then updates the encrypted backup. Your password stays in memory only, so a refresh locks autosync until you use Back Up Now or Restore again.
On the hosted app, the server calculates XP, levels, and achievement unlocks from bounded events. LocalStorage edits are replaced at the next sync. Imported starting XP remains marked unverified.
It prevents casual XP editing and protects backup contents from the server operator. It is not competitive anti-cheat: a modified browser can fabricate training events without trusted game evidence.
Restore requires the recovery code and password. Before replacing browser data, Aimstars downloads a local safety copy. VPS operators should also back up the server data directory.
This bounded audit shows the latest XP events accepted by your server. Payload details are deliberately not stored.
Each new browser gets a separate token. Revoke browsers you no longer use.
The server keeps the ten previous encrypted backup versions. Restoring creates a new revision and never decrypts data on the server.
Pending XP events survive refresh. Failed events back off automatically while this page is open.
Confirm that this browser can recover and synchronize safely.
